Chris Zepeda-Millan is the author of a new book called Latino Mass
Mobilization: Immigration,
Racialization, and Activism (2017, Cambridge University
Press). Dr. Zepeda-Millan is an assistant
professor in Comparative Ethnic Studies at UC Berkeley.
We discussed his book's major findings, about his views regarding
today's political climate when it comes to immigration, and about
the role of Spanish media in informing the public about
anti-immigrant legislation.
